We recently made a stop at World of Beers in Sarasota. While they have a large selection of bottled beers, they have quite a few interesting brews on tap.

World of beer doesn't serve food however there is a pizza place 2 doors down that delivers there and we noticed several customers who had ordered in takeout.

The interior bar area has a modern feel to it and there is an elevated stage for live entertainment. TVs are mounted on the walls for the sports enthusiast. They have a large outdoor patio area that flows off of the main bar area and makes the place seem large and roomy, with plenty of room to sit and talk.

I had a Florida brewed Swamp Head Wild Night which is a cream ale made with Florida Tupelo honey. While it is a lighter beer, it is not lacking in flavor.

I also tried a Lost Coast beer out of California. Lost Coast Raspberry Brown Ale has a smooth, full-body. The raspberry flavor that is added to enhance their Downtown Brown Ale is not overpowering and is a nice addition to the chocolate flavors of the brown ale.

I'll definetely visit here again when the opportunity presents itself.
