Miami will soon be adding a name to it’s growing list of local breweries.

TANK Brewing Co. is Miami’s newest brewery tapping into the craft beer scene. Combining the latest in brewing innovations and attention to detail, TANK’s brews are available in restaurants around South Florida, including TANK’s tap room in Doral, set to open by the end of the year.

What makes Miami so unique is the culture and the landmarks that are a living, breathing part of the city. In realizing this, TANK decided to give back by naming their core collection of beers after local culture and landmarks.

La Finca Miami is a Belgian Wheat Saison beer with a light, crisp and citrus flavor. Farmers originally consumed this style of beer on their land or “fincas” and yielded fruitful crops from varied workers. Like the “finca,” Miami is a city made up many nationalities, making it a unique cultural gem.

Freedom Tower Amber is a lager carried by a malt-caramel flavor with an apricot aftertaste. The lager’s approachable taste channels the sanctuary and refuge the tower represents to immigrants from all over the Americas that settled in South Florida.

El Farito boasts a citrus and fruity hop which draws in beer enthusiasts and beginners alike to TANK’s core IPA brew, channeling Key Biscayne’s lighthouse landmark that guided mariners off the Florida Reef. Standing at the southern tip of Key Biscayne, El Farito embodies Miami’s tropical laidback Florida Keys lifestyle. Like the Keys life, El Farito IPA ties into any place and any time of day.
